Step 1️⃣: Raw Materials Selection
To create high-quality MS pipes, the first step involves carefully selecting the finest raw materials. Steel coils manufactured in-house are chosen for their exceptional strength and durability, ensuring the pipes’ reliability.

Step 2️⃣: Coil Uncoiling
The selected steel coils are then uncoiled, allowing them to be fed into the pipe manufacturing machine. This process ensures a smooth and continuous flow of material, ready for the next steps.

Step 3️⃣: Forming the Pipe
The uncoiled steel strip is fed into a series of rollers of our tube mill, which gradually shape it into a cylindrical/square form. These rollers apply immense pressure, transforming the steel strip into a pipe with precise dimensions.

Step 4️⃣: Welding
Once the pipe shape is formed, the edges are welded together using high-frequency electric currents or submerged arc welding. This welding process ensures a strong and seamless connection, enhancing the pipe’s structural integrity.

Step 5️⃣: Heat Treatment
To enhance the pipes’ mechanical properties, they undergo heat treatment. Optimizing their strength and ductility.

Step 6️⃣: Surface Treatment
After heat treatment, the pipes undergo surface treatment to protect them from corrosion and enhance their appearance. Various techniques like galvanization or painting are employed, ensuring long-lasting and visually appealing pipes.

Step 7️⃣: Quality Control
Before the pipes are ready for use, they undergo rigorous quality control checks. These inspections ensure that the pipes meet industry standards, guaranteeing their reliability and safety.

Step 8️⃣: Packaging and Distribution
Once the pipes pass the quality control tests, they are carefully packaged and prepared for distribution. From construction projects to plumbing systems, these MS pipes find their way into various applications, supporting infrastructure worldwide.
